So it's been more than five years since I've posted on this thing. It's weird reading those old posts about shit I don't even remember happening. To think my biggest worry at the time was finding a prom date.

Well this go at blogging should contain far less complaining. Learned that those people I hung out with in high school were jackasses.

Well, graduated college, got a job, living on my own, life is good. I'll talk about my job today.

Well, my job is pretty cool. I make software for pharmaceutical companies. It's kind of weird though. I spent like a month in training and now am working on a project that has almost nothing to do with what I was trained on. I also am bouncing back and forth a lot between challenging tasks and tasks that a trained monkey could do. Though I was told that I was being groomed to work on a big US deployment in the Fall. So this is in preparation. The current deployment is for the EU.

I'm liking work a bunch. Most of the people are pretty cool and the company is down right great. It's not what I'd necessarily envisioned myself doing, but it's a living and I don't hate it.

Been dating a bit. Went on a first date with a cool girl from Delaware. The second date is currently in the works.

I was going to post a political rant but my cold kicked in and now I'm tired. Plus I'm working on reformatting my desktop computer. So I'll end this here.
